Our Nube Dulce is a heartfelt tribute to the iconic Sierras de Minas alfajor tradition, the first commercial alfajor of Uruguay. Soft sponge-style layers filled with rich dulce de leche and finished with a delicate Swiss meringue coating that melts the moment it touches your lips.
